Electronic signatures, by industry.
The same evidence model, different paperwork. Signclad is one product, not five. These pages describe the documents each kind of team sends, the features that matter most to them, and — where it applies — the honest limit that would stop us being the right choice.
Industry pages in this category usually mean the same page with a different stock photo. These are not that. Signclad is one product with one evidence model, and every plan gets the same sealed PDF and the same audit trail, so nothing below is a feature tier dressed up as a vertical.
What genuinely differs by industry is three things: the documents you send, the regulation sitting behind them, and the part of the product that ends up carrying the weight. A brokerage lives in the signer experience on a phone. A lender lives in the API and in evidence that survives an audit years later. An HR team lives in templates and bulk send. A legal team reads the hash chain. A practice needs to know exactly where the HIPAA line is. Each page below is written for one of those, by the documents that team actually sends.
They also carry the limits. Signclad does not supply forms or templates, does not produce advanced or qualified electronic signatures, and does not sign business associate agreements today. Those sentences appear on the pages they apply to rather than in a footnote, because an evaluation that fails in week three is worse for both of us than one that fails on the first page.

Real estate
Listing agreements, buyer representation, disclosures, leases, addenda, and move-in condition reports. The other side is usually on a phone in a car park, so the signing page has to open fast and work without an account. The sealed copy is in the file before you leave the showing. Signclad does not supply forms and does not know which ones your state or association requires — use the ones your brokerage gives you.
-
Lending
Loan packages, guarantees, UCC authorizations, and disclosures sent from your origination system rather than by someone clicking around a browser. This is where the API matters: idempotency keys so a retry cannot double-send, embedded signing inside your own borrower portal, and a hash-chained audit trail that still answers questions years after the loan closed. Where a programme needs government-ID verification, that is an Enterprise option, and it does not turn a simple electronic signature into a qualified one.
-
HR and onboarding
Offer letters, onboarding packets, policy acknowledgements, equipment agreements, and the annual re-acknowledgement round. A new hire should sign once, on their phone, before their first day, rather than receive six separate emails across a week. Several files concatenate into one signing session, and a CSV bulk send handles the whole intake class at once with per-row validation before anything goes out.
-
Legal
Engagement letters, NDAs, master services agreements, settlement agreements, and board consents. This is the audience that reads the evidence model rather than the badge, so Signclad publishes it in full: what is hashed, what is frozen at send, what the daily anchor covers, and how a third party verifies a file without an account. It also says where Signclad is the wrong tool — anything needing an advanced or qualified electronic signature.
-
Healthcare
Consent to treat, intake and registration, telehealth consent, release of information, credentialing, and vendor agreements. Signclad is HIPAA compliant and the audit is complete and passed, with eleven controls mapped to the Security Rule. What is not in place is a signed business associate agreement, so protected health information waits and the administrative, employment, and vendor paperwork can go today.
Not on the list? The product does not change. Anyone sending an agreement they already have — accountants, agencies, staffing firms, construction, education, nonprofits — gets the same fields, the same templates, the same sealed PDF, and the same audit trail. Start on the free plan and send a real document, or tell us what your paperwork looks like.
